Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness, lead generation and advocacy through national and regional efforts. This role involves working closely with the sales and customer success team, engaging directly with potential customers, and representing our brand at various events and locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Field Event Success:
- Partner closely with the strategic & regional sales team to understand their needs, goals, and objectives.
- Collaborate with customer success, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to align on goals, messaging, and strategies.
- Tradeshows and Conferences:
- Plan, execute, and manage regional in-person field marketing events that are compelling and engage target audiences, generate qualified leads, and build brand awareness.
- Organize and manage events such as trade shows, conferences, webinars, and curated local events.
- Manage end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, budgeting, promotion, registration, and post-event follow-up.
- Pipeline Ownership:
- Drive attendance and lead generation through targeted outreach, email campaigns, social media, and other marketing channels.
- Measure and analyze the performance of field marketing programs and events, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
About You
- A strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving results.
- Proven track record of successfully using events to generate leads.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- A data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving business impact.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of the B2B SaaS industry, public safety or GovTech is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or related roles.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to leverage corporate campaigns/other marketing programs alongside field initiatives to drive full funnel demand
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in field marketing.
- Travel: This role involves travel approximately once a month
Pay Transparency
The base compensation for this role is approximately $100,000-120,000 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, company equity grants, participation in Prepared’s unlimited vacation program, and free membership to One Medical.
