Your Impact
As an Executive Assistant at Axon, you’ll partner closely with senior leaders across our Services and Support organization, helping them operate at their best while supporting teams delivering products and services directly to our customers.You’ll manage complex calendars, coordinate global travel, and orchestrate meetings and events that keep leadership teams aligned and operating efficiently across a highly cross-functional environment.
This role offers a unique vantage point across Axon’s customer delivery ecosystem, giving you visibility into how our products, services, and teams come together to support customers around the world. You’ll serve as a trusted partner to leadership, helping anticipate priorities, manage competing demands, and ensure leaders can focus on the decisions and work that move the business forward. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and always thinking a few steps ahead—anticipating needs, solving problems early, and continuously improving how work gets done. You’re also curious about new tools and technologies, including AI, and excited to use them to streamline workflows and elevate how teams operate.
What You’ll Do
Reports to: Senior Vice President, Global Services and Support
Location: Onsite at either our Scottsdale, AZ or Boston, MA office
- Provide high-level administrative support to multiple Vice Presidents within Axon’s Services and Support organization.
- Manage complex global calendars, coordinating meetings across multiple time zones while balancing shifting priorities.
- Proactively anticipate scheduling conflicts, travel changes, and competing demands to maximize leaders’ time and effectiveness.
- Plan and execute leadership meetings, team off-sites, and internal events in partnership with Marketing and Events teams.
- Support recurring business rhythms including leadership meetings, MBRs, QBRs, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Prepare meeting materials and ensure leaders are equipped with the context and information needed for productive discussions.
- Manage expenses, reimbursements, and purchase order administration.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and leverage tools—including emerging AI capabilities—to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
- Support ad hoc projects and operational initiatives across the Sales and Services organization.
- Work independently while remaining flexible and adaptable in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant role supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Experience managing complex, global calendars and coordinating meetings across multiple time zones.
- Proven ability to plan and execute team events, leadership meetings, or large internal gatherings.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience coordinating executive travel, meeting logistics, and expense management.
- Comfort managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset—you anticipate needs, identify potential issues early, and help leaders stay focused on high-impact work.
- Curiosity and openness to new tools and technologies, including AI, to improve efficiency and workflows.
- A self-starter who takes initiative and drives work forward with minimal direction.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with teams such as Marketing, Product, Finance, or Operations.
- Passion for Axon’s mission and enthusiasm to grow with the company.
Work Location
This role is based out of our Scottsdale, AZ or Boston, MA office and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation.
