Our AI‑powered timekeeper helps attorneys capture billable time automatically and provides rich insights that transform how legal work is managed. We’re a venture‑backed startup (Y Combinator, Bessemer, 8VC, General Catalyst) made up of software engineers (Jane Street, Google, Stanford, Princeton) and ex-attorneys. Following an excellent seed round and rapid customer adoption, we are continuing to quickly scale our engineering team before we raise our Series A.

Who you are

You have:

  • 5+ years of experience at hyper-growth startups and/or leading big tech companies

  • A CS degree from a top university

  • Strong product sense

  • High degree of ownership and the ability to operate autonomously

What you’ll do

  • Develop novel AI products, providing customers with entirely new workflows.

  • Work directly with customers (you’ll be visiting their offices with us) to understand needs, prioritize requests, and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Prototype and integrate AI pipelines (e.g., retrieval‑augmented generation) to prove out new workflows.

  • Lead by example through mentoring future hires, pairing, and code reviews. You'll shape our engineering culture.

The compensation for this position is determined by multiple factors, including prior experience and expertise. A competitive equity component will also be offered as part of the package. Compensation Range: $140K - $180K
