About the Role

Hello Patient is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Quality Assurance (QA) team member to join our growing Operations team. In this role, you’ll review AI-generated patient communications—including call transcripts, chat conversations, and automated responses—to ensure every interaction is accurate, empathetic, and aligned with our communication standards. Your work directly improves patient experience and strengthens trust in our AI-powered platform.

This position is ideal for someone with strong reading comprehension, excellent written communication, and a sharp eye for detail. Prior QA experience is a plus but not required—we’ll provide full training and clear processes to set you up for success.

Responsibilities

  • Review AI-generated call transcripts, chat messages, and patient communications for accuracy, clarity, tone, and professionalism.

  • Identify errors, inconsistencies, missing information, or opportunities to improve response quality.

  • Document issues clearly and provide actionable feedback to product and engineering teams.

  • Collaborate with QA and Operations teammates to maintain consistent standards and efficient workflows.

  • Maintain strong productivity while balancing speed with high-quality, meticulous review.

  • Uphold Hello Patient’s commitment to clear, compassionate, and trustworthy patient communication.

Qualifications

  • Strong English proficiency, including excellent grammar, reading comprehension, and written communication.

  • High attention to detail with the ability to spot subtle errors or inconsistencies.

  • Organized, process-driven, and comfortable following structured workflows.

  • Reliable and self-directed, especially in a fully remote environment.

  • Ability to stay focused and maintain accuracy while reviewing a high volume of content.

  • Comfortable giving clear, objective feedback.

  • Prior experience in QA, editing, content review, transcription, customer support, or similar roles is helpful—but not required.

  • Familiarity with healthcare terminology or patient communication is a plus (not required).
