Business Analyst
As a Business Analyst at Hello Patient, you'll bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, driving product and process improvements for Mia, our AI assistant for healthcare practices.
You're a key driver for customer adoption, presenting data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to leadership, guiding strategic decision-making to generate efficiencies and profitability.
You'll operate in a hyper-growth, compliance-critical environment, ensuring our solutions deliver measurable value to clinic staff, patients, and operational teams.

Type: Full-time, exempt
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Business Intelligence. Analyze usage patterns, performance metrics, and operational data to measure product effectiveness and ROI. Build dashboards and reports that track KPIs, system adoption, and business outcomes for internal and external stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management & Communication. Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. Facilitate requirements workshops, present findings and recommendations, and ensure alignment across product, engineering, operations, and customer success teams.
Compliance & Healthcare Domain Expertise. Work within HIPAA and SOC-2 frameworks to ensure solutions meet regulatory requirements. Understand healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7) and EHR/PM system workflows to inform integration strategies and product decisions.
Qualifications
Must-Haves
2-5 years professional experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role
Experience with SQL and data analysis tools to extract insights and validate solutions
Experience with business intelligence tools (Metabase, Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Nice-to-Haves
Experience in healthcare technology, digital health, or other regulated industries
Familiarity with healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7, EDI) and EHR/PM systems
Technical understanding of APIs, system integrations, and software development lifecycle
