Full-time, Remote (Americas)
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be on the front lines of our growth engine, engaging with potential customers and driving awareness of Wisy’s AI-powered solutions. This role is a launchpad into tech sales and offers a unique opportunity to work alongside seasoned sales leaders, marketers, and product teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
What you'll do
- Research and identify target companies and key decision-makers
- Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone, and other channels
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess potential fit and interest
- Book discovery calls and hand off qualified prospects to Account Executives
- Maintain accurate records and activity metrics in HubSpot or Salesforce
- Work cross-functionally with marketing and sales leadership to improve messaging and outreach tactics
- Demonstrate AI proficiency by integrating advanced tools into your daily workflow to increase velocity, ensure high-quality results, and hit 10x productivity targets.
What we're looking for
- Proficiency with CRM systems like HubSpot or similar
- Strong written and verbal English and Spanish communication skills
- Motivated self-starter with a track record of being proactive
- Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment
- Willingness to work across global time zones as needed
