We are looking for an exceptional Platform Engineer who can deliver impactful software solutions and thrives at the intersection of product development, full-stack architecture, and scalable system design. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys crafting elegant solutions to complex challenges, works autonomously, and cares deeply about the systems they build. You will work across the stack—from TypeScript and React frontends to robust backend systems built in Java, Python, or Go. You’ll design and own foundational building blocks and architect end-to-end experiences that power Wisy’s AI agents.
What you'll do
- Architect, build, and maintain full-stack systems that support critical product features
- Own APIs and schemas that power your frontend code, or collaborate with backend engineers to define and implement them
- Build foundational tooling and pipelines to ensure reliable, fast, and secure deployments
- Contribute to system scalability, observability, and performance monitoring
- Understand how to represent and use data for decision support and product insight
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to design user-facing products that balance technical elegance with functional impact
- Demonstrate AI proficiency by integrating advanced tools into your daily workflow to increase velocity, ensure high-quality results, and hit 10x productivity targets.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Proven experience building and deploying scalable full-stack applications
- Expertise with at least one backend language (Java, Python, or Go) and modern frontend frameworks (React, TypeScript)
- Deep understanding of API design and schema definition
- Experience working with traditional RDBMS systems such as PostgreSQL and MySQL
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS) and services like S3, BigQuery
- Comfort building CI/CD pipelines and end-to-end system delivery
- Understanding of how to use data visualization and reporting to support decision-making
What we value
- Ability to decompose complex problems into manageable, actionable components
- A mindset focused on clarity, simplicity, and maintainability in code and systems
- A strong sense of ownership and pride in work that is meant to last
- Collaborative mindset and effective written and verbal communication skills
- Enthusiasm for working on products that create measurable value in the real world
