Role

What you'll do

• Design and implement user-facing features using Flutter for mobile and React for web.
• Build reusable components and libraries that can scale across projects and teams.
• Translate product requirements and UI/UX wireframes into responsive, maintainable code.
• Help design and implement backend APIs and real-time data pipelines in close collaboration with backend engineers, ensuring seamless integration across Flutter and React interfaces.
• Optimize application performance for speed, responsiveness, and device compatibility.
• Maintain consistency in user experience across mobile and desktop platforms.
• Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure high quality and reliability.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues across web and mobile environments.
• Document key components and frontend architecture decisions.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers in an agile workflow.
• Demonstrate AI proficiency by integrating advanced tools into your daily workflow to increase velocity, ensure high-quality results, and hit 10x productivity targets.
• Stay current with evolving best practices in frontend development.
• Participate in code reviews, planning sessions, and sprint retrospectives.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
• Proficiency in Flutter/Dart for mobile and React/JavaScript (or TypeScript) for web.
• Experience shipping and maintaining production-grade apps across platforms.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, performance optimization, and testing strategies.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and handling data at scale.
• Comfort with Git, CI/CD, and agile development practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in English
