About the role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be on the front lines of our growth engine, engaging with potential customers and driving awareness of Wisy’s AI-powered solutions. This role is a launchpad into tech sales and offers a unique opportunity to work alongside seasoned sales leaders, marketers, and product teams in a fast-paced startup environment.

We’re looking for individuals who are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and excited about using data and storytelling to open doors. Your success will directly contribute to Wisy’s mission and future.

Core responsibilities (What you’ll do)

  • Research and identify target companies and key decision-makers
  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone, and other channels
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess potential fit and interest
  • Book discovery calls and hand off qualified prospects to Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate records and activity metrics in HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing and sales leadership to improve messaging and outreach tactics
  • Use AI to identify qualified leads, craft tailored outreach, and prioritize engagement for maximum impact.

What we’re looking for

  • Proficiency with CRM systems like HubSpot or similar
  • Strong written and verbal English and Spanish communication skills
  • Motivated self-starter with a track record of being proactive
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment
  • Willingness to work across global time zones as needed

Nice to have

  • Experience with outbound tools like Apollo, Outreach, or ZoomInfo
  • Internship or part-time experience in sales, marketing, or customer service
