About Wispr

Wispr is building Jarvis, starting with effortless voice dictation. Our mission is to make interacting with your devices as effortless as talking to a close friend. We believe voice is the most natural, powerful way to communicate — and we’re building the interfaces to make that a reality.

Our voice dictation product, Flow, solves the biggest use case for technology: letting people communicate with others and AI. Flow is the first consumer voice dictation platform that people use more than their keyboards.

We are a team of AI researchers, designers, growth experts, and engineers who step away from the status quo to rethink human-computer interaction. We like working with people who are high agency, open communicators, user obsessed, and detail oriented. We enjoy spirited debate, truth seeking, and impact. We have averaged 50% month over month growth in 2025, and have raised over $56M from Menlo Ventures, NEA, 8VC, and others.

The Role

We're hiring a Developer Evangelist to grow Flow's reach inside the developer community. You’ll own our strategy for engaging engineers across content, community, partnerships, and product feedback. You should have technical credibility, a builder's mindset, and a sharp sense for what resonates.

This position will:

1. Drive adoption and activation of Flow among developers

2. Build authentic content and community presence

3. Close the feedback loop between devs and product & marketing at Wispr

What you'll do

  • Develop clear positioning and messaging for developers

  • Create demos, walkthroughs, and campaigns that speak dev

  • Represent Flow across GitHub, Reddit, Discord, podcasts, and newsletters

  • Build relationships with creators, toolmakers, and ecosystem partners

  • Shape and improve dev-focused pages and growth funnels on the website

  • Funnel product feedback from the community back to the team

  • Be a visible advocate through events, content, and conversations

What you'll bring

  • Real technical experience (past SWE, devtools PM, or indie hacker)

  • Evidence of building a following and credibility inside the tech community with a blog, channel or repo

  • Strong communication and creative storytelling skills

  • Fluency in IDEs, workflows, and modern productivity stacks

  • A bias toward growth and outcomes, not just awareness

  • Experience building community or content that developers trust

Compensation

  • Base cash comp from $130,000-$160,000 (SF based)

  • Equity grant

  • 401k matching

  • Relocation bonus

  • Health, vision, dental insurance
