We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager with a strong background in growing revenue via lead generation, ideally with experience in the fintech, mortgage, or investment real estate industries.

As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing initiatives to generate leads, drive brand awareness, and support sales efforts. Your expertise in lead generation, email marketing, marketing automation, social media, and SEO/paid search will be crucial in achieving our company's growth objectives.


  1. Lead Generation: Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies to attract/engage real estate investors. Identify target audiences and create/optimize compelling marketing campaigns to capture their interest and convert them into qualified leads.
  2. Digital Marketing: Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including website management, email and content marketing, and online advertising. Leverage digital channels to increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead acquisition. Manage and optimize HubSpot to convert leads via nurture campaigns and retargeting.
  3. SEO & Paid Search: Drive organic traffic to our Webflow website by optimizing content and implementing effective SEO strategies. Stay updated with search engine algorithms and industry best practices. Manage paid search campaigns, monitor performance, and optimize keyword targeting and bidding strategies.
  4. Social Media: Create the content calendar and engagement strategy across our social media channels (currently LinkedIn and Instagram). Create and curate social content directly or working with an agency.
  5. Planning & ROI Analysis: Analyze cost per lead, cost per acquired borrower, and overall results by campaign, ad unit, and channel to ensure optimal return on investment (ROI). Regularly evaluate marketing campaign performance and provide reports and insights to stakeholders.
  1. Bachelor's degree, with 3+ years experience in growth marketing, ideally with a fintech or working with the real estate investor audience.
  2. In-depth knowledge of lead generation strategies via email marketing, paid search, and paid social. Ideally has experience engaging new borrowers within the real estate industry.
  3. Strong expertise in digital marketing channels, including website management, content marketing, email marketing, social media marketing, and online advertising.
  4. Demonstrable experience running and analyzing campaigns using HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and Webflow.
  5. Proficiency in SEO/SEM techniques and tools, with a track record of improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic.
  6. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  7. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  8. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  9. Nice to have: knowledge of real estate investment trends and market dynamics and/or experience in real estate investing.
