About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Events Producer to join our Corporate Events team. You will oversee end-to-end production of Vercel’s largest quarterly brand activations and events and support our biggest events of the year. You will report to the Director of Events and will be remote, but ideally based in the Bay Area, CA.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive events strategy aligned with Vercel’s brand, products, and business objectives.

  • Oversee the end-to-end production of events, including budgeting, logistics, programming, vendor management, and on-site execution.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, like Content, Demand Gen, Sales, Product Marketing, Design, and Brand, etc.

  • Liaise with senior leadership to understand event goals and communicate progress and outcomes.

  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, sponsors, and vendors to enhance event quality and reach.

  • Work with speakers, panelists, and content creators to develop compelling and relevant event content.

  • Innovate on attendee experience, leveraging technology and creative concepts to engage audiences.

  • Develop metrics to evaluate the success of events and provide post-event reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to keep Vercel’s events at the cutting edge.

About You:

  • 7+ years experience in Events, Field Marketing, or a related field at a fast-paced startup.

  • Proven experience in Event production and management, or a related field.

  • Creative and solution-oriented problem solver.

  • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and cross-functional environment.

  • Proficiency in event management software and analytics tools.

The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $140,000-$210,000. This salary range is an estimate. Actual salary will be based on job related skills, experience and location. Pay ranges outside San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package also includes benefits and equity-based compensation.
