The Role
We are seeking an ambitious Recruiter who will work closely with the US Talent Acquisition team and Hiring managers throughout the recruiting experience. This role entails being responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for various IT and non-IT roles for the US region.
Responsibilities
- Expertise in hiring for IT and Go-To-Market positions.
- Utilizing various technologies and social platforms, you will identify suitable candidates for our vacant positions and collaborate with TA and Hiring Managers to secure the right talent for their requirements.
- Review job requirements and interview job applicants online to source the best talent at the right time.
- Format active job descriptions to meet internal standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum academic qualification: Bachelor’s degree (graduate)
- Having 3-4 years of recruitment experience in hiring for US IT and Non-IT Roles.
- Specialized in hiring for Technology and Go-To-Market roles, including Sales, Marketing, Products, Customer Success domains, Finance etc.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Good knowledge of US locations and US Employment/Contract terms.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter platform, Job Portals and other recruitment tools.
