Role: Senior Manager, Infrastructure Product Management
Location: Bangalore
WHAT YOU'LL DO
● Think deeply about the future of Customer Experience Automation and build the foundation for it
● Own a technically complex product area at a hyper-growth startup
● Operate at both strategic and operational levels to create an impact and ensure industry-leading uptime, scalability and platform security
● Sit at the nexus of most of the product and engineering teams at Ushur
● Create a compelling roadmap for infrastructure and services, aligned with internal stakeholder and future growth considerations
● Provide guidelines to solutions architecture, Analytics, QA and sales engineers on best practices for high-scale deployments
● Provide Agile-based program management leadership for initiatives across the infrastructure teams
● Work closely with systems architecture, dev ops, and engineering teams
● Product Roadmap Creation & Management: Develop and maintain a product roadmap for infrastructure tools, services, or systems. Prioritize features or upgrades based on both immediate and long-term company needs.
Minimum qualification
● 8+ years experience as a product manager or related position, where you've built and launched products with highly cross-functional teams
● At least 3 years experience working in SaaS product management
● You have a technical degree and/or background (CS, EE, ME, Physics etc.) ideally with systems experience ● Strong bias for action and an intrinsic ability to deal with ambiguity
● Solid understanding of customer needs and experience acting as a customer advocate
● Proven record of delivery and building amazing things that you are proud of in a business setting
● Experience working at an early stage, Enterprise SaaS company
● Ability to support 25% US time zones coverage
