About the Role
As a key member of the People Operations team, the Office Administrator will help shape the employee experience at UnlearnAI. The Office Administrator will support onsite company activities at our San Francisco office, day-to-day office management and maintenance, and provide administrative support to the team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to work independently with little supervision, detail-oriented and has a history of meeting tight timelines. This role is required to be onsite at our San Francisco office at least 3 days per week.


  • Coordinate all office operations such as receiving visitors, deliveries, interacting with property management and the conference room schedules to maximize team efficiency
  • Maintain office facilities, equipment, and a well-stocked kitchen and employee lounge
  • Build and maintain relationships with all service providers and vendors
  • Own planning and execution of team activities, such company events and onsite meetings, office relocation and employee travel
  • Work closely with the People team to design and implement a stellar employee experience


  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an office manager/administrator in a growing company; 5 years preferred.
  • Able to come to our San Francisco office at least 3 days per week.
  • Excellent organizational, project and time management skills
  • Flexible, with the ability to prioritize new tasks as they are assigned
  • Calm, resourceful and a keen problem solver with attention to detail
  • Able to communicate clearly in person, in writing and over the phone
  • Able to maintain a respectful environment in the workplace and confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Knowledge of a variety of office management and related tools and applications, and openness to learning new technologies
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task with excellent organization skills.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with evolving needs.
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision
  • Previous experience managing large-scale projects preferred.
  • A genuine desire to be helpful to the team
