Summary:
As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will support Trackonomy Sales teams by helping with global pursuits of leads and sales, support global logistics for sales, and be present in meetings to help communicate sales needs and let sales know about engineering progress. We need someone who will make us faster and smarter and is fun and easy to work with.
We want you here if:
- You can organize sales teams' schedules to ensure important meetings are scheduled, coordinated, and attended.
- You understand the importance of communication and ensure your team is updated with all engineering and manufacturing updates.
- You can do it all and jump in on ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed.
- If you like data - reporting, analysis, and insights will be your bread and butter.
What you bring to the table:
- You have 2-3 years of experience in a sales coordination role
- You thrive on organization and help others be that way as well
- You love to work in a fast-paced technology start-up where change, learning, and growth are constant
- You have excellent project management and team collaboration skills
- After understanding our mission, you have a passion for our mission and desire for a career that improves lives
