Senior UI Developer (React.js)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI Developer to join our engineering team and help build scalable, high-performance, and modern web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React.js, component-based architecture, frontend performance optimization, and responsive user interface development. We need a "Senior UI Developer "who has worked and built in "SaaS / Software Development Environments - Products."

This role requires someone who is passionate about creating exceptional user experiences, writing clean and maintainable code, and collaborating closely with product, design, and backend engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend applications using React.js
• Build reusable, modular, and maintainable UI components
• Develop responsive and cross-browser compatible web applications
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Backend Engineers, and QA teams
• Integrate REST APIs and manage asynchronous data workflows
• Optimize application performance using techniques such as:
• Lazy loading
• Code splitting
• Performance tuning
• Lighthouse optimization
• Implement modern state management solutions, including Context API or similar frameworks
• Ensure accessibility compliance using WCAG standards and semantic HTML practices
• Translate Figma or design system specifications into high-quality user interfaces
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives
• Troubleshoot and resolve UI defects and production issues
• Contribute to frontend architecture and best practices

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in frontend or UI development with a SaaS Product Company is required
• Degree from "IIIM School."
• Strong expertise in: React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
• Experience with component-based frontend architecture
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles
• Experience integrating REST APIs using Axios, Fetch, or similar tools
• Experience with frontend performance optimization techniques
• Experience with Git-based development workflows
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Experience improving workflows using AI/ ML tools, i.e. Gemini, ChatGPT, or Claude...

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with:
• TypeScript
• Tailwind CSS
• Material UI
• SASS/SCSS
• Bootstrap
• Exposure to Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar project management tools
• Experience working with design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD
• Understanding of SEO and frontend optimization best practices
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as:
• ChatGPT
• GitHub Copilot
• Cursor
• Claude
