Role Overview
Design and optimize creatives for use within the LoudEcho platform - ensuring they look great, perform effectively, and work seamlessly with our generative AI system.
This role is part of our Product Team, working side-by-side with the product, engineering, and campaign managers to explore and test how visual design interacts with AI-driven ad generation.
What you’ll spend your time on
Design creative (static, animated, and short-form video) for use within the LoudEcho platform.
Collaborate with developers and prompt engineers to translate ad briefs into visual outputs that align with system logic and model capabilities.
Utilize AI-assisted creative tools and workflows to improve design efficiency and quality.
Optimize ad visuals based on feedback - engagement rates, CTR, conversion metrics - in collaboration with the analytics team.
Capabilities
5+ years of experience in graphic design or performance-creative design.
Strong command of visual composition, viral intuition, motion, typography, and digital ad formats.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma/Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent.
Experience with AI-based creative tools and new design workflows.
Strong communication skills - able to collaborate with engineers and non-designers alike.
Analytical mindset: interest in how design choices impact performance metrics.
Self-starter who enjoys experimentation and learning in a fast-moving tech environment.
