LoudEcho is an AI ad platform/DSP that buys media, autonomously generates creative, and optimizes every impression in real time—sitting on the bidding stream to analyze live context and audience signals.
Our platform supports AI-generated creatives and uses contextual signals, consent frameworks, and privacy-compliant data to select and serve ads.
Safety is by design, with multi-layer brand-safety controls and brand-defined constraints before an ad is shown.
We’re looking for a senior engineer to own Teza’s core infrastructure.
You will design and maintain the systems that support real-time pipelines, distributed services, monitoring, and high-throughput data flows.
This role is perfect for someone who loves building robust systems and wants major architectural influence.
📊 What you’ll spend your time on
Architect scalable cloud infrastructure for high-throughput systems
Build and maintain CI/CD, monitoring, and alerting frameworks
Manage distributed queues (Pub/Sub, SQS, Redis, etc.)
Own system observability (Prometheus, Grafana, logging)
Ensure reliability through canary deployments, preview environments, service health checks and autoscaling strategies
Own cloud networking, load balancing, and security policies
Handle PostgreSQL scaling, replication, backups & recovery
Develop infrastructure-level incident response and debugging
Collaborate with backend, AI, and data science teams
👩💻 Capabilities
5+ years in backend infrastructure, distributed systems, or SRE roles
Deep experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform (or equivalents)
Experience with message queues (Pub/Sub, Kafka, SQS)
Strong knowledge of monitoring/alerting
Strong understanding of high-throughput services
Experience with PostgreSQL operations
Strong skills in debugging production issues
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments
Nice-to-Haves
Experience in ad tech or real-time bidding
Experience with Rust or high-performance services
Experience with BigQuery / analytics infra
Exposure to ML infrastructure
