About the Role

This is a role for someone who doesn't wait to be told. You work independently, think clearly, and finish what you start—without follow-ups, check-ins, or hand-holding. You'll operate as a trusted extension of the founder across admin, ops, and high-sensitivity projects. We're looking for someone who moves fast, handles details with discipline, and owns the result.

What You'll Do

  • Support the C-Suite directly—manage tasks, calendars, and communication loops without needing reminders

  • Own operational workflows—internal systems, vendors, onboarding, compliance, light HR support

  • Handle highly sensitive data—including compensation, contracts, customer, financial and personnel records

  • Anticipate needs before they're voiced—act ahead, not after

  • Drive updates—we don't ask if something's done, you tell us when it is

  • Identify gaps, fix what's broken, close loops completely

What You Bring

  • Strong ownership mindset—if it lands in your hands, it gets done

  • Clear communication—written and verbal

  • Proactive communication—you update, escalate, and close the loop before anyone follows up

  • Self-reliance—fast learner, sharp judgment, zero need for micromanagement

  • Calm under pressure—you don't flinch at ambiguity or sensitive work

  • High discretion—especially with confidential and business data

You Might Have

  • 3+ years in EA, operations, HR support, or similar roles

  • Experience working directly with senior leaders or founders

  • Exposure to fast-moving environments where trust, speed, and independence were key

  • A track record of solving problems without being told how

How We Work

  • We value signal over noise

  • We don't micromanage—we delegate outcomes, not tasks

  • We expect clarity, speed, and closed loops

  • We measure trust by how much follow-up isn't needed

Compensation & Details

  • $50,000/year salary (part-time, non-exempt)

  • Accrues sick leave per CA guidelines

  • At-will employment
