This demand reflects the trust and reliance our customers place in Tetrate’s solutions, offering you the chance to make a tangible impact by guiding customers through critical deployments and optimizations. We’re in a period of exceptional growth and opportunity, where your ability to navigate both presales strategy and post-sales delivery will be pivotal. The successful candidate thrives on fast execution, confidently handles ambiguity, and is a proactive self-starter.

- Understand and Integrate Solutions: Analyze customer technologies and pain points to identify areas where Tetrate’s solutions can provide impactful integration. Take initiative to proactively suggest enhancements and improvements without waiting for direction.
- Serve as a Technical Expert and Trusted Advisor: Address product and technical queries with expertise, drawing on cross-company knowledge and fostering collaboration to deliver effective solutions. Actively share insights and strategies with colleagues to drive team success.
Your success will be measured by:
- Effective Post-Sales Implementation: Successfully guiding customers through deployments, integrations, and optimizations, demonstrating initiative and driving results without extensive oversight.
- Building Customer Trust: Establishing and maintaining trust with enterprise clients by delivering tailored solutions, providing timely support, and consistently demonstrating value.
- Account Growth through Investigative Collaboration: Take a proactive, investigative approach to deeply understand clients’ environments, uncovering areas where Tetrate’s products can add significant value. Leverage these insights to build strong post-sales relationships and identify opportunities for account growth by promoting Tetrate’s solutions. Actively share findings and strategies with the team to foster collaboration and drive collective success.
