As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you will:

• Lead Frontend Architecture: Take ownership of the UI layer, shaping our React and TypeScript architecture to be scalable, maintainable, and performant—especially for features that impact core insurance workflows like rate calculations and quoting.
• Contribute Across the Stack: While your primary strength is in frontend development, you’ll also work across the backend when needed to ensure seamless end-to-end functionality.
• Refine System Integrations: Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to define and refine system integrations and communication protocols.
• Ship Code Frequently: Embrace an agile approach by shipping code frequently, iterating rapidly, learning from feedback, and refining features to better serve our customers.
• Maintain Code Quality: Continuously refactor and improve the codebase to keep it well-structured, simple, and easy to work with.
• Improve Test Quality: Write well-tested code, and maintain a strong culture of testing by contributing robust unit and regression test coverage.
• Solve Business Challenges: Translate high-level business problems into effective technical solutions, often leveraging direct customer feedback or insights from other teams.

• Frontend-Focused Builder: You have a strong track record of crafting elegant, high-performance user interfaces using React and TypeScript. You care deeply about UX details, component architecture, and responsive design.
• Iterative & Collaborative: You embrace feedback, quickly prototype, and refine solutions in close collaboration with designers, engineers, and PMs.
• Effective Communicator & Architect: You can design and articulate technical solutions clearly, securing buy-in from teammates both within and outside of engineering.
• Quality-Minded: You believe testing is a critical part of the development process, and you have experience writing automated unit and regression tests to ensure stability and reliability at scale.
• Proven Experience: You bring 4+ years of experience delivering reliable, production-grade applications, with a portfolio that demonstrates meaningful UI contributions in complex systems.
