SyntheX expands the druggable proteome using synthetic biology-driven drug discovery platforms. The platforms rely on empirical intracellular selection to discover protein interaction modulators. These can discover compounds that disrupt a specific protein-protein interaction (PPI), or achieve the inverse, and bring an E3 ubiquitin ligase and a neosubstrate of interest together to achieve functional protein degradation.
