How you'll make an impact
As Senior Product Manager, Travel Management Companies—administrator, you will lead the strategic development of our product capabilities, enabling administrators of various travel management companies to leverage the Spotnana platform to support and grow their businesses. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and champion data-driven decision-making and innovation throughout the organization.
What you'll own:
- Develop product strategy that meets both customer needs and business outcomes. Define success metrics and drive execution in a rapidly evolving, ambiguous environment.
- Proactively identify opportunities based on customer and competitive research, industry trends, and best practices.
- Build personalized experiences at scale using ML/AI. Demonstrated success in engagement with engineering, UX/UI, and data science teams.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and operations teams to deliver delightful customer experiences. Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries and decisions, fostering alignment and driving consensus.
- Excellent communication skills, updating product roadmap and progress with customers, stakeholders, and leadership
Experience to bring with you:
- 5+ years of experience in product management and familiarity with platform product, API integrations and ML/AI. 2+ years of experience in the travel industry is preferred.
- Experience in a data informed, agile product development setup with UX/UI, preferably in SaaS or PaaS
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize competing priorities, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term strategic objectives.
- Strong leadership, communication and influencing skills working with stakeholders and leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or an equivalent practical experience. An MBA would be a plus.
- Willing and able to work in an open office environment in Palo Alto in a hybrid structure. This role is not remote-eligible

Spotnana strives to offer fair, industry-competitive and equitable compensation. Our approach holistically assesses total compensation, including cash, company equity and comprehensive benefits. Our market-based compensation approach uses data from trusted third party compensation sources to set salary ranges that are thoughtful and consistent with the role, industry, company size, and internal equity of our team. Each employee is paid within the minimum and maximum of their position’s compensation range based on their skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related specifications.
The annual cash compensation for this role is: $150,000 - $190,000 (base salary)
