As a Senior Product Manager, Admin Experience, you will play a leading role in building a delightful experience for client company administrators to manage and deploy their business travel programs. The product you develop will be in the hands of key decision-makers at some of the world’s largest enterprises, and you'll be at the heart of our product strategy and execution. This position requires a customer-centric perspective, a hands-on approach, and the ability to move quickly to meet our ambitious goals.
What you’ll own:
- Develop product strategy that meets both customer needs and business outcomes. Define success metrics and drive execution in a rapidly evolving, ambiguous environment.
- Proactively identify opportunities based on customer and competitive research, industry trends, and best practices.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and operations teams to deliver delightful customer experiences. Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries and decisions, fostering alignment and driving consensus.
- Oversee successful product launches, working with the marketing team on go-to-market strategies.
- Build and maintain the core Spotnana platform, helping administrators manage multi-million dollar travel programs
Experience to bring with you:
- 5+ years of experience in product management at a B2B SaaS company, building highly engaging end-user experiences. Experience working on travel is a plus.
- You have a proven track record of taking ownership, taking initiative, and delivering results.
- You have a strong technical background and excel at analytical thinking.
- You are an excellent written and verbal communicator.
- You collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.
- You have a learning and growth mindset.
- Willing and able to work in an open office environment in New York or Palo Alto in a hybrid structure.

Spotnana strives to offer fair, industry-competitive and equitable compensation. Our approach holistically assesses total compensation, including cash, company equity and comprehensive benefits. Our market-based compensation approach uses data from trusted third party compensation sources to set salary ranges that are thoughtful and consistent with the role, industry, company size, and internal equity of our team. Each employee is paid within the minimum and maximum of their position’s compensation range based on their skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related specifications.
The annual cash compensation for this role is: $150,000 - $190,000 (base salary)
