Your role -

As a crucial member of our Operations Support & Training [OST] Team, based out of the Mumbai office, you will be supporting many aspects of travel operations such as, but not limited to, Onboarding, Agent Support, Travel Operations Support and Testing. We need team members who can adapt to the changing landscape in travel and deliver exceptional outcomes for the user experience.

Your typical day -

  • Maintaining a high level of summaries of testing for products, app, and new tools & features.
  • Helping streamlines the onboarding process.
  • Contributing to your team's continual learning and upskilling.
  • Providing feedback to our product and engineering team when something can be improved.
  • Special projects galore! You’ll be involved in initiatives outside the daily duties!
  • Working independently, solving and troubleshooting technical errors
  • May be acting as a liaison between many departments and projects
  • Understanding the working of the mid-office, back-office & front-office.

Your experience and skills -

  • 10+ years experience as a business travel agent, preferably supporting global travel for Fortune 1000 clients.
  • Excellent use of Sabre.
  • Capable of multitasking and staying focused and organized
  • In the remote environment, communication skills and communication tools are essential
  • Time Management, able to meet deadlines
  • Need someone who can work independently and as part of a team. Must have strong oral and written communication skills; must be a good listener.
  • Must be extremely well-organized, able to multitask and prioritize.
  • Need a positive attitude, attention to detail, patience, and persistence.
  • Must have experience and be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. As well as G-suite
  • Flexible working schedule
