We seek a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Global Partnerships to join our team. As the Head of Global Partnerships, you will lead a team managing Socotra’s partnerships in the Americas, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM, focusing on developing and executing partnership initiatives that align with Socotra's business objectives. Your ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and leverage your knowledge of SaaS business models and sales cycles will contribute to the success of our partnership objectives.

Key activities for the Partnership Manager include:

  • Build multi-year business plans with strategic partners in the insurance technology ecosystem

  • Work hand in hand with partners to build a multimillion-dollar pipeline and delivery strategy

  • Cultivate and manage executive relationships with global and regional Systems Integrators and ecosystem Software Vendors and Service Providers.

  • Partner with marketing and sales on the execution of partner events, building playbooks and collateral to enable to sell to customers effectively

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Collaborate with System Integrator (SI) and Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partners to identify revenue opportunities that increase Socotra's revenue and profitability. This may involve creating joint product offerings, cross-selling or upselling, and referral revenue sharing.

  • Analyze Partnership Performance: Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics, including revenue generated, customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction. Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and optimize partnership strategies.

  • Work Independently: Demonstrate the ability to work independently, take ownership of partnership initiatives, and deliver results in a proactive and self-directed manner.

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • 10+ years of software experience building partnerships with system integrators and technology platform companies

  • Lead the development of partnership strategies to align with the product and business goals

  • Experience developing partnership strategy and identify, source, and analyze new partnership opportunities

  • Stellar negotiation skills and experience independently leading complex and/or first-of-a-kind negotiations

  • Demonstrated ability to use data to make decisions and influence stakeholders

  • Strong instinct with the ability to prioritize and guide cross-functional teams through competing demands and complex problems

  • Source, structure, and negotiate deals with partners in pursuit of these broader goals

  • Understand our partners’ strategic priorities, challenges, and internal roadmaps; regularly communicate insights and strategic recommendations to the Socotra product stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, Master's degree is a plus

  • Proven experience in partnership management, focusing on developing and executing successful partnership strategies.

  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong connections with partners.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of driving revenue growth and achieving partnership goals.

  • Analytical skills to monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics, using data to optimize strategies.

  • Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and ownership of partnership initiatives.

  • Practical prioritization skills ensure that tasks align with strategic goals and objectives.

  • In-depth knowledge of SaaS business models, sales cycles, and customer acquisition strategies.

Target Market Salary Range: $163,700 - $249,400


Compensation will be determined based on geographic location, skill sets, education, experience, performance, and other organizational needs. The disclosed estimate may not reflect geographic differentials and is subject to adjustment. Total compensation may include an annual performance bonus, stock options, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K, and other applicable compensation plans.
