Provi is looking for a Lead, Implementation Specialist to work alongside our Director of Operations, Manager of Enterprise Implementations, and Implementation Project Manager to deliver on key project milestones for end users and implement Provi to our National Accounts. In addition, you will be responsible for assisting in the continual improvement of our processes and internal operations. In this role, you will be working directly with our customers, and internally amongst our various departments.

What you'll be doing

  • Directly manage, mentor, and train a team of Implementation Specialists while still being a key contributor on the National Accounts team (Player/coach)
  • Regularly report on and share the team’s current activities, successes, and any roadblocks that need to be addressed to the Director of Operations.
  • Serve as the SME of the account build process, answering questions from clients as they arise as well as assisting cross-functional teams when necessary.
  • Closely partner with the Project Manager to ensure key milestone dates are achieved for all assigned projects.
  • Ensure complete accuracy for all new account builds, while also balancing other priorities.
  • Maintain a log of all issues and lessons learned for all new account builds, and partner with the Project Manager to incorporate them into the post-project internal debrief
  • Develop and document best practices, processes, and procedures for the team based on learnings from previous onboardings
  • Work cross-functionally to highlight and solve customer issues that pertain to product features, as well as for recommendations on enhancements
  • Perform periodic reviews of national accounts in Provi Admin to ensure consistency in naming conventions, removing/merging duplicate or unused accounts, and reporting QA errors to the Data Content team for resolution.

What we are looking for

  • Previous Similar Experience - 3+ years of experience guiding an Implementation Team in a leader / delivery capacity - holding team members accountable to their project tasks while also being a key contributor to helping the team achieve its goals.
  • Organization and Knowledge Management – In order to navigate the successful onboarding of hundreds of new Provi users, meticulous attention to detail is required.
  • Technically Savvy - Proficient in working in shared databases, cloud-based software, Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides, organizing large data sets and being able to draw conclusions from it, and quality assurance traits to ensure 100% accurate data.
  • Problem Solver & Resourceful – During the process of setting up a new customer, at least a couple of things are bound to go wrong. Because of this, the Lead Implementation Specialists must be resourceful, know how to track down answers and guide the team in the right direction.
  • Solutions Oriented –The Lead Implementation Specialist needs to be a good problem solver with the ability to formulate a solution.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability - Demonstrated ability to adapt and be flexible in a fast-paced work environment with evolving priorities.
  • Customer Service – This role will regularly interact with some of Provi’s largest retail customers, and it is important that they all feel like they are a priority.
