Key Responsibilities:
- Attend and monitor congressional hearings, markups, briefings, and public forums
- Track legislation, oversight activity, and policy developments relevant to the company
- Produce clear, well-structured written reports for internal stakeholders, including:
- Hearing summaries and takeaways
- Legislative and regulatory updates
- Support external engagement strategy by preparing background materials for meetings with congressional offices and agency staff
- Maintain organized records of legislative activity, contacts, and reporting outputs
- Assist with longer-form policy analyses, white papers, or position documents as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to align GR efforts
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong writing, content creation, and editing skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support communications initiatives.
