Job Overview
This role leads the strategy, implementation, and long-term management of all People systems across the company. You’ll oversee our core HRIS and the broader people tech ecosystem, including tools for onboarding, learning, performance, benefits, compliance, and data flow across teams. This role is the primary owner of systems architecture, integrations, reporting, and governance for the People function.
You’ll partner closely with IT, Finance, and leadership to design scalable processes, strengthen data integrity, and evolve our people technology stack as we grow. This is a senior, highly technical role with significant influence on how our systems support the employee lifecycle and business needs.
