Job Overview
We seek a dedicated Proposal Manager with strong skills in proposal writing, project coordination, and stakeholder management, with a specific focus on both commercial and government opportunities. In this hands-on role, you will lead Saronic’s proposal efforts for autonomous maritime systems, targeting a range of commercial clients, system integrators, and strategic partners, as well as DoD solicitations. You will work cross-functionally to develop tailored, persuasive, and business-aligned proposals in fast-paced and often dynamic deal cycles.
This role is ideal for a proposal professional who thrives on agility, understands the nuances of commercial engagements, and can craft compelling proposals that speak to business value, ROI, and technical differentiation.
