Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and organized Sales Operations Specialist to be responsible for streamlining sales processes, managing data, and providing administrative support to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of our business development operations. You will be responsible for coordinating administrative team projects, managing logistics, and overseeing the development of marketing materials for all tradeshows, events, and demos.
You will play a critical role in showcasing our groundbreaking ASV technology to potential clients, partners, and stakeholders. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker who is passionate about driving business growth and has a flair for project management and marketing within the technology sector.
Responsibilities
- Sales Operations:
- Assist with administrative tasks, scheduling meetings, and preparing materials
- Maintain and update CRM and sales databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of the productivity suites that track the business team's opportunities, leads, and performance
- Help identify and implement improvements in sales processes and tools to increase efficiency
- Generate regular reports to track team performance metrics
- Assist in the organization and implementation of sales training programs
- Coordinate meetings and presentations with potential clients and stakeholders, ensuring a seamless engagement experience
- Event Planning, Marketing, and Implementation:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, engineering, and product development, to create impactful content that communicates our value proposition to potential clients and stakeholders
- Maintain branding consistency across all marketing collateral to reinforce our brand identity and message
- Research identify, and recommend relevant industry events, tradeshows, and demonstrations
- End-to-end planning of company tradeshow participation, including project plan, budget, registration and attendee lists, and travel arrangements
- Event and tradeshow implementation, including logistics, coordination, and on-site activities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for event-related inquiries
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Coordinate meetings and presentations with potential clients and stakeholders
- Cultivate lasting relationships with event organizers, venues, industry partners, and stakeholders
- Post-Event Analysis:
- Conduct post-event evaluations to measure the success of each event
- Gather feedback and insights to continuously improve event strategies
- Prepare reports on key performance metrics and ROI
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Strong proficiency in CRM Software (e.g. Monday.com, Salesforce)
- Experience in event management, preferably in the technology or defense industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Willingness to travel and represent the company at various events
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Knowledge of autonomous systems or maritime technology is a plus
