The company was founded in April 2020 by second-time entrepreneur trio - Srikrishnan, Vignesh, and Deepak. Previously, the trio built a successful in-app messaging (FreshChat) startup that was acquired by Freshworks (NASDAQ: FRSH) in 2015.

The Company has been recognized as a Leader by G2 in the Category of Customer Onboarding consistently, since its product launch in 2021 and has garnered globally from the likes of Clari, Uniphore, Observe.ai, Chargebee, 15five, Mixmax, Afterpay, Pave, GoCardless, Flatfile, Mosaic, Jirav, etc. In 2022, the Company has also been recognized as a Gartner Cool Vendor.

What’s the opportunity?

As our product manager, you will own and execute features from ideation up to shipping. You will own how that feature is marketed to our customers as well as guide the best practices for feature adoption. You will get to work with functions across the company such as product design, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success.

What skills and experience do I need?

• 2-5 years of experience as a Product Manager

• Demonstrable curiosity about products

• SaaS experience or working in early stage companies is a plus

• Demonstrable previous experience of building and shipping at a rapid pace

• Be a problem identifier : Tease out common threads from seemingly disparate customer problems

• Be a problem solver : Dive deep into multiple alternate solutions, and identify the most elegant, scalable solution to the problem

• You have taste in design : You’ll have help from our world class design team but you can differentiate between great UX and an average one. You think user-first and have a healthy dislike towards friction in user experiences :)

• Double down on features which are working well and iteratively make it better

• A self-starter mindset; you care deeply about crafting products to a world-class standard

• Willingness to push yourself to learn new things and collaborate with everyone in the organization
