Role Overview
A Leisure Supervisor is a team-oriented and dedicated supervisory position that is responsible for providing leadership, guidance, development, motivation, and support to a team of Revinate's Contact Center Reservation Sales Professionals (RSPs). A RezForce Supervisor is a multi-faceted role that is responsible for driving both individual and team results through effective communication and coaching in one-on-one meetings, monitoring and driving performance in sales and quality, analyzing individual and team performance trends and optimizing overall performance. This role is supports his/her Team Members in a virtual, work-at-home team environment.
Compensation Band: $55,000 - $64,000

- Cooperation/Teamwork - Has developed solid relationships with co-workers; extremely cooperative with all Revinate departments; supports management and seeks to build a unified team
What You’ll Bring
- High School diploma or equivalent
- At least two (2) years of sales and/or hospitality industry experience
- Previous experience leading a sales team preferred
- Must be adaptable to changes in schedule in order to align with business needs
- Ability to self-direct and self-manage
- Flexibility to maneuver between departments, as needed
- Strong PC usage skills and experience
- Ability to coach, mentor, and lead others effectively
- Management/Supervisory experience highly desired
- Language Skills
