Responsibilities

  • Be the Subject Matter Expert on tactical communications systems planning and implementation.
  • Build understanding of DoD and U.S. Allied military protocols and standards for communications systems integration.
  • Build relationships with customers and train stakeholders on using Reveal products.
  • Investigate end-user solutions with current and emerging defense tech hardware/software, via internal organization resources and external partnerships.
  • Collaborate across technical disciplines to ensure a seamless product experience.
  • Create novel, repeatable solutions for our customers and end users.
  • Facilitate business development objectives through targeted user feedback, remote/live demonstrations, and customer solutioning processes.

Requirements

  • Passionate about problem-solving tactical network challenges and pushing the envelope in building robust, secure, and cutting-edge solutions.
  • Mastery of U.S. military communications systems and capabilities such as Software-defined Radios (SDR), commonly-used DoD waveforms, and embedded devices.
  • Strong foundation in TAK and GIS data-visualization programs.
  • Be a self-starter who is able to independently plan, prioritize, and deliver solutions.
  • Adaptable and has a team-first mindset.
  • Ability to travel 30% and work remotely.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with geospatial and mapping use cases.
  • Exposure to a variety of military and commercial UAS.
  • Previous Customer Success and/or Technical Solutions experience.
  • Experience teaching end-users how to utilize and troubleshoot tactical communications systems.
  • Possess FAA Part107 License.

Compensation

  • Base Salary ($110,000 - $140,000) + Equity
  • Salary is determined by the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
