Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our e-commerce logistics team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for our e-commerce logistics backend system. You will work closely with our operations and engineering teams to ensure that our system is running efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to technical inquiries from internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors related to our e-commerce logistics backend system
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolution to technical problems
- Collaborate with our engineering and operations teams to identify and resolve technical issues
- Develop and maintain technical documentation related to our e-commerce logistics backend system
- Provide training and guidance to end-users to ensure they are able to use the system effectively
- Continuously monitor the system to identify potential issues and proactively implement solutions to prevent downtime or delays
- Work with third-party vendors to ensure that their systems are integrated with our e-commerce logistics backend system
- Participate in the planning and implementation of new features and functionality for our e-commerce logistics backend system
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field4+ years of experience in technical support or a related field from this domain
- Knowledge of e-commercelogistics and supply chain managemen
- tExperience troubleshooting software systems and networks
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with SQL and programming languages such as Python is a plus
- Familiarity with ChatGPT & similar tools is a plus
