Facilitate email & SMS campaign production from approved design to coding and set up of campaigns in our email provider (5-10 campaigns per week to different customer segments)
Execute QA on email & SMS campaigns to ensure a seamless experience for the user from opening the email all the way to the page they land on when they click
Assist in setting up email & SMS automations and a/b tests for our pre- and post-purchase flows
Report on winning variations from a/b tests and log results for presentation in our weekly company and department all-hands meetings
Monitor and troubleshoot email deliverability issues with ISP’s (gmail, hotmail, yahoo, etc.)
Research and present monthly roundups of competitive intelligence, including email campaigns, SMS campaigns, pop up offers, and preference centers to inform our strategies and help with campaign and experiment ideation
Assist with various other tasks related to retention strategy and execution
Skills required:
Experience with email marketing platforms
Experience working with dynamic HTML email templates
Experience coding emails in HTML, CSS & AMP
Understanding of creative best practices for email design and copy
Detail oriented and able to spot even the smallest anomalies or mistakes
Analytical and data driven with demonstrated ability to work with large data sets
Ability to manage competing priorities and requests while maintaining excellent relationships
