Role Overview

Are you ready to lead the charge in driving sustainable growth and profitability? We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of Revenue Operations to optimize and align our revenue-generating activities. If you’re a proven leader with expertise in revenue management and a passion for driving data-informed decisions, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Revenue Management

  • Develop and execute revenue optimization strategies that align with organizational goals.

  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and refine pricing strategies.

  • Drive revenue forecasting and establish accurate, data-driven models to guide decision-making.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with sales, marketing, and finance teams to streamline processes and foster alignment across departments.

  • Create cohesive strategies that capitalize on market opportunities and strengthen our competitive edge.

  • Act as the central point of contact for all revenue-related initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination across teams.

Operational Excellence

  • Implement and optimize revenue management tools, systems, and processes to improve efficiency and reduce leakage.

  • Monitor and report on key revenue metrics and performance indicators, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

  • Continuously improve workflows to enhance operational effectiveness and ROI.

Leadership and Team Development

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing Revenue Operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.

  • Conduct regular reviews of team performance, revenue processes, and strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with goals.

Performance and Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with revenue recognition standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Identify inefficiencies, address revenue leakage, and develop solutions that enhance profitability.

  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management to drive long-term revenue growth.

What Will Enable You

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.

  • Experience: Proven track record in revenue operations, revenue management, or similar leadership roles.

  • Expertise:

    • Strong understanding of revenue cycles, pricing strategies, forecasting, and revenue recognition standards.

    • Government/utility sector sales cycles

    • Complex B2B/B2G sales environments

  • Analytical Skills: Advanced proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and reporting.

  • Technology Proficiency:

    • Experience with revenue management tools like Clari, InsightSquared, or similar.

    • Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, or similar CRM platforms and data visualization.

  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and grow high-performing teams.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Mindset: Results-driven with a focus on innovation, efficiency, and achieving measurable outcomes.
