Role Overview

The Sales Enablement Project Manager at Promise plays a critical role in supporting our efforts to track and secure contracts for state and municipal government relief programs as well as utility companies.

This position requires not just a deep understanding of the sales process and leadership goals but also a relentless drive, sharp intuition, and subject matter expertise in relevant industries and with government customers. In this role, you'll help to ensure our sales strategy translates to detailed action plans and support for sellers, leveraging your industry knowledge and execution skills to reduce workload for the team and streamline operations.

Working closely with Sales leadership, you'll coordinate initiatives targeting relief programs such as LIHWAP and partnerships with utility companies, ensuring our sales strategies are executed with precision and aligned with Promise's mission to provide innovative debt resolution and financial empowerment solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Be a central point of coordination for sales initiatives, deeply understanding and anticipating the goals of Sales leadership to proactively address needs and drive projects forward.

  • Coordinate sales projects from start to finish, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and are delivered with speed and efficiency.

  • Bridge the gap between Sales, Product, and Engineering teams, ensuring strategy implementation is cohesive and any issues are surfaced and addressed swiftly.

  • Constantly seek out opportunities to refine sales processes, leveraging your industry insights and operational prowess to enhance team effectiveness.

  • Develop a robust system for tracking and evaluating sales project progress and outcomes, ensuring leadership stays informed on the impact of sales activities on overall business goals.

What Will Enable You

  • A minimum of 5 years in sales, sales support, or a related role, with proven expertise in understanding and supporting the sales process in high-stakes environments.

  • The ability to see the broader picture, leveraging your knowledge and intuition to anticipate the needs of the sales team and drive strategic execution.

  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced setting, executing tasks with precision and attention to detail.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, capable of fostering strong connections across teams and aligning diverse groups with strategic goals.

  • A dedicated team player who excels in cross-functional collaboration, adept at rallying teams towards common objectives and navigating complex group dynamics.
