Position Summary

Premise is growing, and we are looking to add an Account Executive. We are looking to improve the loyalty of existing customers and attract new ones by implementing a sustainable, customer-centric service model.

** This position is fully remote and can be performed from anywhere within Guatemala

What You Will Do

  • Ensure compliance with the assigned budget for sales and repurchase.
  • Manage client relationship, identifying commercial opportunities for new contracts
  • Develop and foster client relationships with the commercial manager job role, to create business growth opportunities
  • Report to the commercial Central America management on the current commercial strategy and how to improve them effectively
  • Document all opportunities throw Salesforce, in order to have a clear track of each opportunity
  • Execute commercial strategies that drive the value proposition for our customers.
  • Create and Execute an account plan according to customer needs.
  • Follow up with other areas regarding the management of the products promised to their customers, ensuring promised to their customers, ensuring quality and timeliness.
  • Promote and encourage knowledge management and talent development of employees in charge.
  • Respond to requests, concerns, or requirements of customers and manage the optimal level of response

What You Bring Along

  • 3 years of experience in a market research agency or mass consumption CPG (consumer packaged goods).
  • Professional in marketing, administration, business, or related areas.
  • Experience in managing local and remote teams
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to think strategically
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience in managing data analysis and Insights
  • Advanced Excel skills (database management, pivot tables, basic functions such as search and conditional).
  • Effective presentations (good audience management, good tone of voice, fluency).
