Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative End-to-End Customer Success Project Lead with experience in the fast-moving consumer goods industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating pilot projects, working closely with all operational areas involved to ensure the success of business initiatives.
What You Bring Along
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the fast-moving consumer goods industry, with an emphasis on project management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and motivate diverse teams.
- Ability to work independently, with a strong results orientation and attention to detail.
- Creativity and initiative to propose innovative and effective solutions.
What You Will Do
- Pilot Project Management: Lead the planning, implementation, and monitoring of pilot projects, ensuring the achievement of established objectives and deadlines.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Coordinate and work together with marketing, sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure comprehensive and aligned execution of projects.
- Results Analysis: Evaluate pilot performance through data analysis, identifying opportunities for improvement and presenting strategic recommendations.
- Effective Communication: Maintain clear and constant communication with all stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned with the pilot objectives. You will be the point of contact for the client, responsible for communicating opportunities and coordinating the implementation of recommendations.
- Creativity and Proactivity: Propose creative ideas for process optimization and enhancing the customer experience during pilots.
