Plotlogic is looking for an experienced, self-motivated, enthusiastic and very hands on Principal Geologist with a high standard of technical geological knowledge across multiple commodities and mining processes. Experience across business development, production geology, operations and ore grade control is required for this role.

This role will be responsible for:

· Utilising your deep knowledge of geology and mining processes to advise clients on optimal use of Plotlogic technologies.

· Collaborating internally to develop innovative solutions addressing customer-specific geologic challenges.

· Building strong relationships with Plotlogic clients, acting as the Plotlogic geology subject matter expert and facilitating commercial negotiations.

· Conducting comprehensive assessments of customer needs and operational processes to identify areas of improvement.

· Assisting Plotlogic customers in integrating geologic data and models into AI algorithms for accurate ore grade estimation, selective mining, and optimisation.

· Conducting training sessions and workshops for customers.

· Analysing customer feedback and industry trends to identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation.

· Conducting regular market analysis, extracting insights to identify business development opportunities for Plotlogic’s solutions.

Qualifications and Capabilities required for the role:

· A degree in Geology or a related field.

· 15+ years of industry experience covering a broad range of aspects such as business development / production geology and operations.

• A high standard of technical geological knowledge of commodities (copper, nickel, gold, lithium, bauxite, iron ore, etc.).

· Proven experience in the mining industry, with a strong focus on geology and ore grade control.

· Familiarity with mining technologies and tools, including grade control models, mineral resource estimation, and geologic data analysis.

· Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and utilise geologic data effectively.

· Proven experience in negotiating and commercial transactions.

· The ability to travel to site both domestically and internationally.
