About the Role
At Parallel Fluidics, we are building infrastructure to power the next generation of life science tools. We’re seeking a Sales Engineering Associate who can engage with scientists, engineers, and teams evaluating microfluidic technologies. This role drives new business pipeline by qualifying inbound interest, owning targeted outbound outreach, and educating prospective customers on the value that Parallel delivers.
What you’ll do
Generate new business by identifying and engaging high-potential prospects.
Qualify inbound leads from our website and marketing channels.
Schedule and lead educational introductory conversations with prospective customers.
Understand each prospect’s goals and pain points to assess fit for Parallel Fluidics.
Maintain organized, detailed notes and keep CRM records up to date to ensure smooth, informed handoffs to Application Engineering.
Collaborate with internal teams to refine outreach, messaging, and qualification practices.

Qualifications
Required:
Degree or professional experience in science or engineering.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organization and attention to detail.
Comfort working in a fast-moving, evolving early-stage environment.
Nice to have:
Experience in a BDR, SDR, inside sales, or customer-facing technical B2B role
Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
Interest or background in diagnostics, biotech, lab tools, or engineering-driven products.
