We’re looking for an Associate Digital Merchandiser to join our Digital Product team. In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day execution of product listings, content updates, and site merchandising efforts. If you love working with internal teams to ensure our products are accurate, engaging, and always up-to-date — we’d love to hear from you!
We believe some of the best ideas happen when we’re together! Right now, teams come into our beautiful new West LA headquarters on Tuesdays and Thursdays to collaborate and connect. In the future, we may ask teams to come in more often — because some things are just better in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited about being part of an in-person, collaborative culture and is comfortable with the flexibility that comes with a growing, hybrid workplace.
What you'd do at our place
- Assist with product uploads, site content updates, and pricing changes.
- Support new product launches by ensuring accurate product listings, images, and descriptions.
- Conduct regular QA audits to ensure site accuracy, link functionality and a premium user experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to collect product assets and marketing materials.
- Assist in the execution of promotional campaigns, updating site content to reflect current offers, bundles, and seasonal collections.
- Support updates to homepage, collection pages, and promotional landing pages to reflect current campaigns, launches, and seasonal moments—ensuring alignment with brand storytelling.
- Assist in curating and updating seasonal merchandising features such as gift guides, back-to-school picks, or limited-edition collections.
- Generate reports on site performance and merchandising initiatives that help inform overall business decisions
Who you are
- 2+ years of experience working for an eCommerce company as a site merchandiser, or related position
- Strong cross-functional communication skills that thrives in a collaborative environment
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to Digital Product strategies and processes
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills while juggling multiple deadlines
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like Shopify and content management systems (CMS)
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Shortcut, JIRA, Airtable)
- Experience in tracking and reporting data with various analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Amplitude, GA4)
