We’re looking for a data driven growth marketer to join our Acquisition team as a UK Acquisition Associate. The ideal candidate has an understanding of the paid aspects of key paid media channels (such as Facebook, Search, Pinterest, TikTok & YouTube), strong communication skills, and an interest in campaign strategy and testing and analysis.
In this role, you’ll work alongside the UK Acquisition Manager to strategize, launch, and optimize campaigns across paid media channels. You will also work closely with our creative team to ideate, iterate, and improve creative assets for paid ads, as well as the data and analytics team for continuous testing and reporting. What you'd do at Our Place

  • Assist with campaign management across platforms - focusing on acquiring new customers for Our Place while achieving revenue and efficiency goals (e.g. ROAS, CPO, CAC)
  • Implement best practices across different channels, staying up to date with market and industry trends
  • Traffic ads & briefs for product launches and tests
  • Analyze/report data and offer suggestions based on findings
  • Ideate, implement, optimize and analyze tests ranging from incrementally to creative
  • Suggest and execute optimization and strategy recommendations
  • Work toward ownership of peripheral channels such as TikTok or Pinterest
  • Partner with both internal and external creative teams to ideate and iterate on creative
  • Partner with data and analytics team on testing and reporting
  • Carry out competitive analysis and share in-market insights with wider team
  • Working closely with US based influencer team to ideate, manage and track performance

Who you are

  • At least 2 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, with a strong working knowledge across Paid Social, Programmatic, and Search Marketing (SEM). You may have some experience with Direct Mail, out-of-home (OOH), or Broadcast / Streaming (OTT) as well.
  • A track record of successfully managing campaigns to drive revenue and new customer acquisition at scale in the UK, and preferably across multiple markets.
  • Tactical, hands-on experience directly managing individual digital performance channels.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving abilities. These include both technical skills (you are comfortable in Excel and data literate), as well as consultative (you are effective at quickly identifying and structuring problems to be solved in a data-driven way)
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, ability to build cross-functional relationships and alignment across the business
  • Demonstrated ability to work proactively using strong initiative to creatively and continuously solve problems in a data-driven environment
  • Comfortable working across multiple time-zones
  • Experience speaking French
