Role Summary:
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a critical role in our recruiting team, ensuring that every step of the hiring process runs smoothly. You will manage scheduling, communications, and operations, collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates, and play an essential role in onboarding new team members. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for people, a knack for organization, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
What You’ll Do:
Coordinate interview schedules across multiple time zones, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for candidates and interviewers.
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and ensuring an exceptional experience throughout the hiring process.
Manage job postings across various platforms and track applicant flow in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Maintain meticulous records of candidate progress, feedback, and hiring metrics in the ATS.
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to prepare and distribute interview materials and candidate information.
Partner with the People Operations team on offer letters, onboarding logistics, and other cross-functional initiatives as needed.
Continuously identify opportunities to streamline and improve processes to support a high-volume recruiting environment.
Partner with the People Operations team to assist with new hire orientation, ensuring a welcoming and organized onboarding experience for new employees.
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator in a fast-paced startup environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders with ease.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, or similar).
A service-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering a top-tier candidate experience.
Comfort with ambiguity and adaptability to changing priorities in a high-growth setting.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, and scheduling tools.
