Role Summary:
We are looking for a Recruiting Operations Specialist to drive operational excellence across our recruiting processes and deliver a seamless experience for candidates. This role is primarily focused on optimizing recruitment operations, from managing systems and workflows to improving data accuracy and reporting. Additionally, you will manage the contractor hiring process in collaboration with our external staffing partner and coordinate logistics for priority roles. You will also serve as the main point of contact for onsite interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for every candidate. What You’ll Do:
Lead recruiting operations efforts, managing tools, systems, and processes to improve team efficiency and scalability.
Manage and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data integrity, system optimization, and adherence to best practices.
Track key recruiting metrics, create insightful reports, and support data-driven decision-making across the recruiting team.
Evaluate and implement process improvements to enhance operational workflows and reduce bottlenecks.
Serve as the main point of contact for onsite interviews, managing logistics, ensuring interviewer readiness, and creating a positive candidate experience.
Coordinate logistics and timelines for priority roles, ensuring alignment across stakeholders to meet hiring goals.
Manage the relationship and recruiting process for contractor roles through our external staffing partner ensuring efficient onboarding and compliance.
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to align operational strategies with recruiting needs.
Support recruiting-related projects such as compliance efforts, process documentation, and system upgrades.
Assist with cross-functional initiatives, including onboarding support and People Operations projects.
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of experience in recruiting operations or a related HR role with a strong focus on systems and process management.
Extensive knowledge of recruitment workflows, ATS administration, and recruiting metrics.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on stakeholder collaboration and candidate engagement.
Experience managing coordination for high-priority roles and working with external agencies for contractor hiring.
Previous experience supporting onsite interview programs or similar operational initiatives is highly preferred.
Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, and ATS platforms (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse) is required.
Experience with People Operations or HR projects is a bonus.
