As we look to grow our Finance Team, we are looking for an Strategic Finance Lead who will report to our Head of Finance. This foundational role will play an important role in the Finance organization around change management, improving processes, and scaling our operations. We are looking for a self-starter who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and wearing multiple hats. No job is too small or too large.

Day to day responsibilities:

You will...

  • take the lead in monthly financial reporting preparation, management reports and key performance indicator (KPIs);

  • perform financial analysis, which includes ROI assessments, cost-benefit analysis, and variance analysis to enhance strategic decision-making;

  • collaborate with department heads, serving as their partner in understanding and addressing their financial requirements;

  • oversee the monitoring of cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to drive optimal cash management and funding requirements;

  • consistently dive into industry trends and best practices in strategic finance;

  • take the lead on implementing our financial planning source of truth with a vision to empower and create focus for our business partners;

  • partner with other cross-functional teams to develop, support, and improve the systems, policies, and procedures necessary to drive efficiency and provide meaningful financial data;

  • lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting efforts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals;

  • produce financial reporting designed to provide insights for Notable’s executive leadership team and Board of Directors;
