About Nile
World’s most Secure Network. Delivered as a Service.
Nile is building a new model for networking—secure by design, delivered as a service, and operated autonomously. We are not incrementally improving legacy architectures. We are replacing them with a unified approach where networking and security are built together, not layered through overlays.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Product Management Leader to define and drive Nile’s network security model. This role is about rethinking how security is built and delivered. Today’s enterprise security is fragmented—multiple products, overlays, policies, and operational overhead. Nile is taking a clean-sheet approach to unify networking and security into a single, simple service that spans access, campus, branch, and cloud.
You will define this model, translate it into product capabilities, and work closely with engineering and customers to deliver it at scale.
What You Will Do
- Define the next-generation security model for Nile’s platform—integrated into the network, not added as overlays
- Drive product vision and roadmap to deliver a unified network and security experience as a service
- Simplify complex security architectures into scalable, consumable capabilities with clear outcomes
- Work closely with engineering to build systems that are secure by design and operationally simple
- Engage with customers, CISOs, and field teams to understand real-world challenges and validate direction
- Contribute to positioning, packaging, and go-to-market strategy
- Build and mentor a strong product team over time
What We Are Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in network security (product management or engineering)
- Deep experience across areas such as firewalls, secure access, threat detection, behavior analytics, or network detection and response
- Strong understanding of enterprise security challenges and how solutions are deployed and operated
- Ability to think in systems and simplify complex architectures into clean designs
- Understanding of how AI improves detection, automation, and operations in security environments
- Strong business and product sense with the ability to translate vision into execution
- Builder mindset—comfortable operating in ambiguity and creating new models
Why This Role Matters
The current security model is too complex, fragmented, and reactive. Enterprises are forced to stitch together multiple products and still struggle to achieve consistent outcomes.
At the same time, AI is changing how systems are built and operated. This is an opportunity to define a fundamentally new approach—where security is built into the network, delivered as a service, and operates autonomously. If you enjoy challenging the status quo and building new models or paradigm-shifting technologies, this is the role.
What You Get
- Opportunity to define a new category at the intersection of networking and security
- Direct impact on product strategy and company direction
- Work closely with founders and leadership
- High ownership in a fast-moving environment
- Competitive compensation and meaningful equity
