Role Description:

Nile is a fast-growing networking startup reimagining how secure, AI-powered networks are delivered as-a-service. We’re looking for a Director of Demand Generation to scale our pipeline and lead a team of Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs).

Core Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute integrated demand generation programs (digital, campaigns, events, ABM) to drive measurable pipeline growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale our ISR team, aligning with sales to accelerate deals.
  • Partner with sales, product marketing, and partners to strengthen pipeline and relationships.
  • Innovate with creative, high-ROI campaigns that stand out in differentiated B2B selling.
  • Leverage the marketing tech stack for data-driven decision-making and performance tracking.
  • Apply a frugal, results-focused approach to growth initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in demand generation/growth marketing, with 5+ years in leadership.
  • Proven success driving pipeline in B2B tech; networking, security, or SaaS background preferred.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, ABM, integrated campaigns, and events.
  • Experience leading ISR/BDR/SDR teams.
  • Strong communicator, collaborator, and self-starter with a data-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
